We take pride in our formulations. If you are not completely satisfied with your selection, we offer a 7-day hassle-free exchange from the date of delivery.
Guidelines for Exchange
- The fragrance bottle must be returned in its original Signature Box.
- The external serialized seal and sticker must remain untampered and unbroken.
- Exchanges can be made for any other scent of equal value, or applied as credit towards premium formulations.
To request an exchange, contact Client Relations via WhatsApp. We will coordinate a reverse-pickup courier directly to your address.
